In your role as a Registered Nurse in the ICU, you will be crucial in providing exceptional care to patients with intricate medical requirements. Your expertise and empathy will be vital in managing patient care and working alongside a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Deliver direct patient care within the ICU environment
• Continuously monitor and evaluate patient conditions, applying suitable interventions
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to create and execute patient care plans
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar setting
• Possession of a valid Iowa or Compact State RN License
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI
• Familiarity with the EPIC EMR system
• Willingness to work every third weekend
