Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

You'll find a supportive workplace focused on student growth and individualized education, with a manageable caseload of 10 students per class in a single school location. Desired Qualifications:
- Active LBS-1 Certification for Special Education (required)
- Proven experience or strong understanding of special education practices within self-inclusion or similar settings
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with students, staff, and families
- Ability to develop, implement, and adapt individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Passion for fostering growth, inclusion, and progress for diverse learners
Key Responsibilities:
- Instruct and guide students across a self-inclusion classroom setting
- Design and adapt lesson plans to meet individual student goals and IEPs
- Collaborate with general education staff, related service providers, and families to support student success
- Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records
- Foster a positive, respectful, and inclusive classroom community
