Hybrid Labor & Employment Counsel Benefits:

Hybrid Labor & Employment Counsel Requirements:
- 6+ years of defense-side experience managing complex litigation in state and federal court, including significant involvement in labor and employment matters.
- Proven ability to develop and execute case strategy and independently manage all phases of litigation (discovery, motion practice, trial preparation)
- Ability to mentor and collaborate with junior team members.
- Expertise in leading trial efforts, including witness examination and presenting cases.
- In good standing with California state bar
