Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: My daughter has a muscular dystrophy. She uses a wheelchair and has very limited upper body movement. She needs help with personal care (showering/dressing/etc.). She also has a feeding tube and ostomy bag, About the care needs: Would need to be able to transfer to and from bed to wheelchair. We do have a Hoyer lift. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
