Babysitter Needed for my Children

We are looking for someone to care for our two girls for about 35 hours a week. My husband and I both work from home. So we will be around but we need someone to watch our girls during meetings. One of my babies has food sensitivities. They are both young so a good day would be play based with minimal screens. Our older daughter loves music, swimming, being outside and playing with her older cousins. Our 6-month-old loves to move her body and watch her older sister. We also have a dog but we do not expect any help with him as he is nervous around others. We would appreciate someone who is also willing to help with light house work.
