Pet Sitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My schnoodle miniature named musashi has seperation anxiety and is 12 years old. He is my childhood dog but was primarily my mothers responsibility up until now. He is technically housebroken but has had some set backs recently due to some life issues that have risen. Ive had him roughly almost a week but am struggling to get him to use the bathroom on the pee pad and or outside consistently. Cause he will use both. I work a 7hr sometimes 8hr shift so he is alone a lot.
