Lead Mental Health Associate-2nd Shift

Springbrook Behavioral Health is seeking a Lead Mental Health Associate to cover 2nd shifts for one of our RTF units.

The Lead Mental Health Associate is responsible for providing direct management of the patients and staff. They assist other members of the department in the execution of the treatment plan, adherence to schedule, providing a safe environment and thoughtful observations and documentation in caring for the patient.

Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years experience in a behavioral health setting. A High School diploma is required and continuing education would be a plus.
