Supply Chain Analyst

Key Objectives

• Analyze supply chain data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.
• Support inventory management, demand forecasting, and procurement planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance supply chain efficiency and responsiveness.
• Provide timely and accurate reporting to support leadership decisions.
• Responsibilities
• Collect, analyze, and interpret supply chain data to monitor performance metrics.
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards related to inventory levels, supplier performance, and logistics.
• Assist in demand forecasting and inventory replenishment planning to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Collaborate with procurement, production, and logistics teams to streamline supply chain operations.
• Identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain and recommend actionable solutions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing process efficiencies and cost drivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of supply chain processes and data management protocols.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or inventory management.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, or supply chain management software.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate across teams and present findings clearly.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
