What You’ll Do

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry
• Perform bread-and-butter dentistry, endo, extractions, implants, clear aligners, and procedures within comfort level
• Build trust with patients through clear communication and quality care
• Work closely with hygiene, assistants, admin, and leadership
• Maintain high clinical standards
• Contribute to a warm, team-focused culture
• Refer out more difficult cases when needed

Compensation & Growth

• Starting earnings typically around $190K–$200K
• Realistic $250K+ earning potential as production builds
• Percentage of net production model
