Laundry and Organization Staff - Now Hiring

Position Summary
Firefly Ridge is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help maintain the cleanliness, organization, and overall readiness of our glamping property. This role focuses primarily on laundry, inventory organization, and supporting housekeeping operations to ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

Primary Responsibilities

• Wash, dry, fold, and organize all guest linens, towels, and bedding.
• Inspect and treat linens for stains, damage, or excessive wear and report items needing replacement.
• Organize and maintain linen storage areas, housekeeping supplies, and inventory.
• Restock housekeeping carts and guest supplies.
• Keep laundry and storage areas clean, organized, and efficient.
• Assist with preparing tents for incoming guests as needed.
• Help organize maintenance, cleaning, and operational supplies throughout the property.
• Perform light housekeeping and other operational tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Previous housekeeping or laundry experience is helpful but not required.
