Facility Maintenance Technician

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Facility Maintenance Technician to join our team! This role is responsible for ensuring the facility remains safe, functional, and well-maintained at all times. The technician will perform repairs, routine inspections, and preventive maintenance on a variety of building systems including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and structural.

Responsibilities include:

• Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues as they arise
• Respond promptly to work orders and service requests
• Perform regular safety inspections to ensure compliance with regulations
• Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems and equipment
• Manage and maintain supplies, tools, and equipment
• Assist in maintaining a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for all occupants

Requirements:

• Previous maintenance or facility technician experience preferred
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair a variety of building issues
• Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
• Reliable, dependable, and able to work independently
