Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend appropriate products
- Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing sales floor or workspace
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries in a timely manner
- Stay up to date on product knowledge, promotions, and company offerings
Requirements:
- Previous sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
- Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
- Basic computer and point-of-sale (POS) system proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Being open to improve consistently through ongoing training and staying up to date with current customer service standards.
