Office/Home Cleaner Needed

We have converted a home to an office space for a construction company in town and need the space cleaned weekly. There is one bedroom, one bathroom, one small living room space, and another meeting room area in the basement. Upstairs carpets will occasionally need cleaning from dirt being tracked in from job sites.
