Production Operator

Biggest needs are for 2nd and 3rd shift. Manufacturing experience is helpful, but reliability and work ethic matter the most. Good attendance is a must with a willingness to work overtime and occasional Saturdays when production demands increase.

• Starts at $15/hour with pay increases with experience and longevity
• Become a part owner after one year of employment
• Will be cross-trained for top to bottom operation, maintenance of machines, and quality control of products
• Must have a clean background/drug screen
