Tooling Tech Associate

Summary:
Assemble components per blueprints, process specs, and production plans.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED required
• Blueprint reading preferred

Experience:

• 2+ years tooling experience preferred
• Layup/bagging experience a plus

Skills:

• Use of measurement tools
• Ability to read job orders and blueprints

Physical Requirements:

• Stand 7–9 hours daily
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Frequent gripping, reaching, bending, and stooping

Responsibilities:

• Verify parts and tooling
• Assemble and inspect components to specifications
• Complete logs, paperwork, and job tracking
• Perform close-tolerance inspections
• Communicate issues and progress to supervisor
• Maintain clean, safe work area
• Follow all safety procedures and instructions
