Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

I'm looking for hands-on care for my loved one in their 70s. Some light tidying up is involved. Some help needed with bathing. Additional responsibilities include meal preparation. Looking for a caring and compassionate companion. You have to do some light cleaning around the house and do the laundry. Preferences for a caregiver who is CPR / first-aid trained and HHA certificated or CNA license. Background check level 2.
