Compensation & Benefits

• \nBase salary: $285,000\n
\n
• \nUp to 15% annual performance bonus\n
\n
• $3,000 quarterly leadership stipend for each Pharmacist and Physician Assistant supervised

• 5 weeks (200 hours) of PTO
\n
• $3,000 CME allowance plus 5 paid CME days

• Additional $1,000 for licensure, professional memberships, and subscriptions

• \nIn this role, you'll provide comprehensive primary care, manage patient documentation, and support high-quality patient care while helping lead clinical operations. Leadership responsibilities include overseeing 4 Physicians, 7 Nurse Practitioners, and 2 Physician Assistants, monitoring provider productivity, collaborating with the CMO on workflow optimization and operational initiatives, and coordinating provider schedules and coverage.\n
\n
• \nThe organization offers Primary Care, HIV and Hepatitis C treatment, Behavioral Health, and Pharmacy services. Providers participate in a shared call schedule averaging 14 calls per month, with nurse triage handling initial calls. Full-time provider panels typically range from 1,0801,350 patients, adjusted based on the physician's 50% clinical commitment.\n

• \nBoard Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine\n
\n
• Primary care experience with an interest in physician leadership
\n
• \nEligible to obtain or maintain an active New Mexico Medical License\n
\n
