CNC Mill Machinist

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Haas CNC Machinist to join our growing manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, operating Haas CNC Vertical milling machine to produce high-quality precision parts.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate Haas CNC mill
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Perform tool changes, offsets, and basic machine maintenance
• Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges)
• Maintain quality and productivity standards
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Master Cam Experience a plus

Requirements

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience (Haas preferred)
• Strong knowledge of CNC setup and operation
• Ability to read blueprints
• Experience with measuring and inspection tools
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with CAM software (Mastercam)
• Multi-axis machining experience
• High-mix / low-volume production experience
