Cannelure/Header Operator

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cannelure/Header Operator to join a great company in Ola, AR. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the manufacturing process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and precision. • Set up and operate cannelure and header machines according to specifications.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure optimal performance and quality output.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to prevent downtime.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain accurate production records and report any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance productivity.
• Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.

• Previous manufacturing or machine operator experience preferred
• Experience with header machines or metal forming equipment is a plus
• Ability to read measurements and blueprints
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good mechanical aptitude
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in an industrial environment
