Food Production Operator
Westby, WI
Night Shift, working 3 to 4 12-hour shifts, 5 pm-5 am, including every other weekend.
$20+/hr
Position Summary
The Food Production Operator runs and monitors packaging machines to ensure products are packaged safely, efficiently, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Set up and operate bulk packaging machines and date codes
- Follow production schedules and monitor packaging processes
- Check product quality, weights, seals, and pH levels
- Keep equipment and packaging areas clean and sanitized
- Inspect machines before and after use
- Record production and quality checks
- Assist with staging packaging materials and preparing shipments
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of related experience
- Ability to follow safety and quality procedures (SOPs & GMPs)
- Reliable, organized, and able to work independently or on a team
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job
