Machine Operator

Thompson First Group is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Machine Operator to support pharmaceutical manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality output in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor production machinery in accordance with SOPs and safety guidelines
• Perform routine equipment checks, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
• Accurately document production data, batch records, and quality checks
• Maintain a clean and compliant work area following GMP standards
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues and minimize downtime

Qualifications:

• Previous machine operation experience in manufacturing (pharma or food preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict procedures
• Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Shift:

• 1st Shift: 7 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday
• 2nd Shift: 5:30 pm to 4 am, Monday through Thursday
