Be part of a high-performing team converting corn into high-quality, food-grade products. As a Dry-Mill Production Operator (Corn), you’ll run critical equipment, protect product quality, and keep operations moving safely and efficiently.

Shifts and compensation
  • Days: 6 AM – 6 PM (2-2-3 schedule)
  • Nights: 6 PM – 6 AM (2-2-3 schedule) — Shift Premium: earn an extra $3/hour and extra 40 hours of PTO for night shift
  • Compensation: $25 – $27 per hour
What you’ll do
  • Operate, monitor, and fine-tune milling equipment to meet production goals
  • Adjust settings to achieve target specs and consistency
  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs to minimize downtime
  • Execute quality checks to validate every product meets standards
  • Maintain housekeeping and safety throughout your area
  • Partner with teammates to optimize yields and throughput
  • Document production metrics and maintenance work accurately
What you bring
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Hands-on experience with milling equipment (preferred, not required)
  • Mechanical aptitude and strong troubleshooting mindset
  • Team-oriented approach and the ability to work independently
  • Detail focus and ownership of product quality
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, hands-on setting
  • Familiarity with food safety practices is a plus
