What you’ll tackle

• Operate multi-axis mill/turn equipment independently
• Perform complete setups, including change-overs and tool size changes
• Set tooling for all machine types within your assigned area
• Deburr and finish parts to specification
• Inspect components using a range of measurement tools and equipment
• Fabricate medical instruments and implants to exacting standards
• Execute daily machine preventive maintenance
• Complete and manage required production records

What it takes

• 2+ years of CNC operation experience
• Advanced blueprint literacy
• Proficiency with GD&T
• Proven CNC setup ability
• Comfort working collaboratively on a team
