A day in the life

In Lavonia, GA, you step onto the production floor, review the work order, and pull the right tooling. You reference prints, set your bend sequence, and dial in the press brake. A first-piece check confirms dimensions; through the shift, you keep a steady eye on accuracy and throughput, making small adjustments as needed. Core duties

• Configure and operate press brake equipment per job specifications and work instructions.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine tooling and bend sequences.
• Monitor cycles to maintain quality and efficiency; adjust settings to hold dimensions.
• Perform routine care and basic troubleshooting to keep machines running reliably.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production goals and schedules.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workstation at all times.
• Log production data and promptly report discrepancies or nonconformances.
