Penmac Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Quality Assurance Associate for a food production facility in Green Forest, AR. This Quality Assurance role is ideal for someone detail-oriented who takes pride in maintaining product safety and quality standards. Teamwork is a top priority, and every employee plays an important role in delivering a high-quality product. Requirements for the Quality Assurance Associate:

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow strict guidelines
• Must be willing to follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Comfortable working in a production environment
• Must be willing to submit to required screenings

Quality Assurance Associate Responsibilities:

• Inspect, weigh, and verify finished products meet quality standards
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with company guidelines
• Identify and properly dispose of defective or non-compliant items
• Accurately document materials and quality checks
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Support production team to ensure efficient workflow

Additional Information:

• Dress code: Shorts or pants, t-shirt, and closed-toe shoes (waterproof shoes allowed)
• No jewelry (including facial piercings), no nail polish, fake nails, or lashes
• 30-minute lunch break
