Customer Service Coordinator (Legal Office) – Springfield, MO

Penmac Staffing is now hiring a Customer Service Coordinator for a professional legal office in Springfield, MO. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering top-tier customer service, and helping new clients feel welcomed and supported from their first interaction.

Requirements for the Customer Service Coordinator

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines and prioritize tasks
• Professional demeanor with a positive, outgoing personality
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment and meet deadlines
• Experience using Smokeball software is a plus.

Customer Service Coordinator Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls, respond to emails, and route communications appropriately
• Provide a VIP-level customer experience to all clients and prospects
• Build rapport with new contacts and schedule consultations
• Ensure all qualified new client calls are scheduled or connected with an attorney
• Manage follow-up systems for potential clients
• Maintain and update call logs, task lists, and communication workflows
• Support office operations while upholding high professional standards

This Customer Service Coordinator position plays a key role in client satisfaction and new client growth. The ideal candidate is friendly, organized, and confident when interacting with clients both in person and over the phone.
