Start a hands-on role as a Assembly Associate supporting the manufacturing and distribution of exterior building materials. This full-time, temp-to-hire position is ideal for dependable, career-oriented individuals who are looking for a long-term opportunity and growth within a production environment.

Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
$19.00 per hour

Requirements for the Assembly Associate
- Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Able to follow written instructions and quality standards
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willing to submit to required pre-employment screenings
- Assemble, inspect, and package building products with attention to quality
- Operate basic tools and production equipment safely
- Load and unload materials for production and shipping
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
- Assist with inventory, labeling, and order fulfillment
- Work with team members to meet daily production goals
- $19.00/hour starting pay
- Consistent weekday schedule with weekends off
