Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: I am vision impaired and I need someone to check my blood sugar 3 times a day,, take me to doctors appointments and grocery shopping. About the care needs: A genuinely kind person that is patient enough to wait during my doctors appointments. I am vision impaired and I need assistance taking my blood glucose 3 times a day. I also had a kidney transplant 3 months ago. Im doing great but I still have appointments once a month and labs weekly. I can take care of myself, cook for myself and clean my home.
