Companion Care Needed

I'm looking for hands-on care for my father in his 60s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. Some help needed with bathing. We're looking for some help preparing meals. Duties include providing companionship and social interaction. Part of your responsibilities will include running errands. Duties include transportation (doctor's appointments, errands, etc.). Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker.
