Babysitter Needed

For my 3 yr old she doesnt require much , she is being potty trained though so sometimes shell say she has to go or I take her sometimes . I do want her to do some activities that are appropriate for her age . For my 3-month-old she is perfectly healthy she feeds every 3 hours and thats really much it .
