Certified Engine Technician

We’re    rebuilding    an    independent    Portland    shop    from    the    ground    up    —   and    we’ve    got    real    engine work    sitting    on    the    lift    right    now,    not    a    promise    of    “future    work.”    Looking    for    a    certified    engine technician    to    start    immediately.

 What’s    on    offer:    -    2    weeks    of    guaranteed    pay,    no    ramp-up    risk    —    the    work    is    already    queued    Transitions    to    25%    commission    on    a    $200/hr    labor    rate    once    the    guaranteed    period    ends    —    no surprises,    this    is    explained    upfront,    not    buried    -

More    roles    opening    soon (suspension/alignment,    body    &    paint)    as    work    grows    —    early    hires    get    first    pick    of    hours    and influence    on    how    the    shop    runs What    we    need    from    you:    -    ASE    certification    (engine    repair)    —    required,    bring    it    to    the    interview    Own    tools    -    Someone    who    wants    ownership    of    the    bay,    not    just    a    paycheck    —    we’re    building something,    not    just    filling    a    slot.

Required qualifications:

• Legally authorized to work in the United States

Preferred qualifications:

• 18 years or older
• Reliable transportation to and from work
• Comfortable handling customer complaints
