Looking for a steady, high-energy role where you can put your operating skills to work? We are seeking skilled, safety-conscious Forklift Operators to join our fast-growing distribution center team. If you thrive in a bustling logistics environment, love precision driving, and want to work with modern, clean-energy equipment, this is the perfect spot for you!
Why You’ll Love Working Here
Modern Equipment: Drive well-maintained, comfortable, battery-operated, sit-down forklifts. No noisy gas engines or heavy fumes—just smooth, quiet, and eco-friendly power.
Great Atmosphere: Work in a clean, organized, and highly collaborative distribution hub where your hard work is noticed and rewarded.
Career Growth: We love to promote from within! Show us your dedication, and we’ll show you a path forward in logistics leadership.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Precision Driving: Safely and efficiently operate a sit-down electric forklift to stage, stack, load, and unload palletized freight.
Keep the Hub Moving: Move inventory from receiving docks to designated warehouse racks, and pull orders accurately to prepare them for outbound shipping.
Stay Connected: Use warehouse scanning technology (RF scanners) to track product movement, update inventory, and ensure 100% order accuracy.
Safety Excellence: Perform daily pre-shift inspections on your electric forklift (including checking battery connections) and follow all facility safety guidelines to protect yourself and your teammates.
Work Environment & Vibe
The Vibe: Fast-paced, team-focused, and target-driven. You’ll be working alongside a crew that takes pride in keeping the supply chain moving.
The Atmosphere: A large, bustling distribution center. It can be active and occasionally loud, but our electric fleet keeps the air clean and the noise down compared to traditional propane warehouses!
The Gear: Safety is non-negotiable. We require and provide standard Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including high-visibility vests, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots.
Ready to Join the Team?
If you are a dependable operator looking for a stable role with competitive pay, excellent benefits, and a great crew, we want to meet you. Apply today for immediate consideration!
What You Bring to the Table (Qualifications)
The Experience: 1–2 years of experience operating a sit-down forklift (experience in a fast-paced distribution center or third-party logistics hub is a major plus!).
Certification: Active forklift certification (or the ability to pass our onsite practical driving and safety test).
The Mindset: A positive, "can-do" attitude with a reputation for being reliable, punctual, and a great teammate.
Physical Readiness: Ability to comfortably sit for the majority of your shift, twist/turn to check blind spots, and safely lift up to 50 lbs as needed when handling freight.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable using basic handheld warehouse scanners or tablet-mounted inventory systems.
