Executive Chef Manager Requirements:

• The ability to thrive in a high volume ($4+ million) kitchen environment.
• Minimum of 4+ years of Kitchen Management experience
• Ability to manage all BOH cost areas / inventory / ordering/ scheduling / labor cost.
