Manpower is currently seeking reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Packers for a growing warehouse operation in Bloomingburg, NY. This is a great opportunity for candidates looking for a stable, full-time position with a consistent weekday schedule.

Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly preferred to support the needs of the warehouse team.

Responsibilities

• Pack customer orders accurately using pick slips
• Seal and label packages for shipment
• Prepare pallets for outgoing deliveries
• Unload incoming trucks and verify product received
• Check inventory into the warehouse system
• Process returns and credits by receiving returned merchandise, updating records, and restocking products
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Use a manual pallet jack to move pallets to designated staging areas
• Perform quality checks to ensure order accuracy and prevent shipping errors

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, packing, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to lift, move, and handle warehouse products throughout the shift
• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Basic computer skills are helpful for processing returns and inventory transactions
• Spanish-speaking candidates strongly preferred
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic required
