United Talent Staffing is currently hiring General Store Associates to work at Rock the Country in Ashland, Kentucky from Thursday, July 9th through Saturday, July 11th.
This is a fun opportunity to work in a high-energy concert environment while gaining valuable event and hospitality experience.
Position: General Store Associate
Location: Ashland, KY
Event: Rock the Country
Dates: Thursday, July 9th through Saturday, July 11th
Pay: $12.00 per hour plus tips
Schedule: 07/09: 5:00pm-8:00pm, 7/10 & 7/11: 9:00am-5:00pm

Job Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer questions and provide recommendations as needed
- Operate the cash register and process sales transactions
- Stock and restock shelves, ensuring items are neatly displayed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the general store area
- Collaborate with the hospitality team to provide a seamless guest experience
- Assist with setup, breakdown, and general store support as needed
- Follow all safety guidelines and supervisor instructions
Requirements:
- Previous food service, retail, event, or hospitality experience is preferred
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, helpful attitude
- Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Must be dependable and available to work assigned event shifts
