What You’ll Do:
  • Lead, coach, and support a team of HVAC service technicians to meet service goals, performance expectations, and quality standards
  • Oversee daily scheduling, dispatching, and workload distribution to ensure efficient coverage and strong customer service
  • Create, update, and manage service dispatches and job details in the Foundation platform
  • Communicate job requirements clearly so technicians are fully prepared with the right information, materials, and instructions
  • Assist with vendor purchase orders, material coordination, and delivery tracking to support smooth job execution
  • Support A/R billing coordination by reviewing completed work, validating job costs, and helping ensure accurate invoicing
  • Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding service requests, scheduling, and follow-up to ensure satisfaction
  • Support payroll, compliance, and team development through timecard review, PTO tracking, certification monitoring, and onboarding assistance
What We’re Looking for
  • Highly organized individual who can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer aptitude with ability to quickly learn systems (work orders, purchase orders, data entry platforms)
  • Confident communicator who can effectively interact with field service technicians and internal teams
  • Comfortable working with blue-collar field staff and able to handle direct, fast-moving communication styles (thick skin required)
  • Previous experience in retail, customer service, dispatch, or administrative support is a plus (no industry experience required)
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Adaptable, dependable, and eager to learn a new operational/dispatch function from the ground up
  • No degree required — attitude, reliability, and computer skills are the priority
