Childcare Needed

I'm looking for a nanny for our two children, 1. 5-year-old daughter & 3-month-old son at starting date, to replace our current nanny who is moving out of state. We have appreciated her consistency and reliability & looking for something similar. We do have a dog, both my husband and I work from home so we will take care of the dog & will be around, though our office space is downstairs. No transportation of the children required, great neighborhood for walking & we have a single and double stroller available for use. Small back deck area for some outdoor play.
