Material Handler - Now Hiring

Our client, an industry leader in logistics and material handling, is seeking a Material Handler to join their team. As a Material Handler, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting the supply chain process. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Material Handler

Location: Michigan City, IN

Pay Range: $23.00/hour

Shift: 1st shift, flexible to work mid morning/weekend shifts

What's the Job?

• Load and unload product from trucks using both forklifts and telehandlers
• Pick orders accurately and efficiently
• Put away product in an organized and safe manner
• Identify and report damage to materials or equipment
• Keep an accurate material inventory and assist in maintaining a safe work environment

What's Needed?

• Prior lift truck experience required
• Proficient in math and reading skills
• Flexible regarding job duties and tasks
• Customer-service oriented mindset
• Experience with RF Guns or tablets for receiving, putaway, and picking
