Warehouse Team Lead - Now Hiring

Our client, a growing healthcare warehousing and logistics provider supporting critical supply chain operations in Charlottesville, Virginia, is seeking a  Warehouse Team Lead to join their team. As a Warehouse Team Lead, you will be part of the warehouse operations supporting efficient and accurate processing of shipments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, strong teamwork, and effective communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Warehouse Team Lead 

Location: Charlottesville, VA

Pay Range:$22.00

Shift: Monday–Friday, 9:30 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

What's the Job?

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving tasks based on operational priorities
• Assist with pallet jacks, scanning, sorting, staging, and material movement
• Monitor workflow progress and communicate delays or issues to leadership
• Support inventory accuracy through proper scanning and verification procedures
• Help maintain clean, organized, and compliant work areas

What's Needed?

• 1+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience required
• Experience with shipping/receiving
• Comfortable using warehouse management systems, RF scanners, and pallet jacks
• High School diploma or GED required
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
