Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour
Shift: Monday through Friday, 4:30 AM to 1:10 PM (Overtime as needed)
What's the Job?
As an NC Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating NC punch press equipment to produce high-quality precision sheet metal components while maintaining production standards and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate NC punch presses to manufacture precision sheet metal parts.
• Monitor production runs to ensure quality, accuracy, and efficiency standards are met.
• Adjust and manipulate basic G-code to improve machine performance and reduce cycle times.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
• Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshoot operational issues as needed.
• Conduct quality inspections using measuring tools to ensure parts meet specifications.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in precision sheet metal manufacturing.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience operating NC punch press machines.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• Proficiency in using measurement tools, including calipers and tape measures.
• Experience with tool setup, including countersinks and forming tools.
• Strong understanding of print callouts, part orientation, machine setup, and operation.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong attention to detail and quality standards.
• Ability to work overtime and maintain consistent attendance.
