Nanny Needed - Full-time / Part-time

First time Mom. I just recently went back to work (work from home), and I'm looking for someone to watch my daughter Thursdays and Fridays 8:00 - 5:00 pm, and some evenings. She's in daycare Monday-Wednesday. She's a sweet 3-month-old and smiles a lot! She hasn't started rolling yet, but is good with tracking and tummy time. She sleeps well for a 3-month-old. Regarding my home layout, my townhouse has steps leading from the main floor to the bedrooms, so being comfortable going up and down stairs with a baby is important.
