Childcare Needed

My wife and I will be moving to Carmel at the end of July, 3 weeks postpartum with our first baby. We are both in medicine and will need both day and night time nannies when we are both on call (7-8 days/month). We are looking for several people to fill this need. I will be on 24 hour shifts 7-8 days per month and we will need both day and night time coverage. This will likely entail someone who can cover the daytime (6am-6pm, for example) and someone who can cover nights for these 1-2 days/week when I am on call until she is able to get home from work (5-6pm). We are also open to daytime only coverage if necessary with the understanding that these hours would be longer (5am-6/7 p.m. )
