Penmac Staffing is hiring dependable Apparel Associates for a leading apparel manufacturer in Grandview, MO, specializing in embroidery, screen printing, and heat seal production. These are temp-to-hire positions with a consistent weekday schedule—perfect for individuals looking for steady, long-term work in a clean, team-oriented environment.

Location: Grandview, MO
Pay: $17.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
Type: Full-time, Temp-to-Hire

Positions may include:

• Embroidery: Loading garments, trimming threads, and inspecting finished stitching.
• Screen Print: Assisting with setup, loading garments, and inspecting prints for quality.
• Heat Seal: Applying logos or transfers using heat-press machines with attention to placement and finish.
• Additional duties may include folding, packaging, and preparing finished products for shipment.

• Steady work history or proven dependability
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift and lift up to 25 lbs
• Positive attitude and ability to follow directions in a production environment
• No specific experience required; training on job tasks will be provided
