Job Title

Travel: RN - Medical ICU - Nights

Location

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights, 3x12 | 36 Hours Weekly Guaranteed | Every Other Weekend | 13-Week Assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a fast-paced 32-bed Medical ICU setting with patient ratios of 2:1 and 3:1
• Administer medications and manage IV therapies in accordance with unit protocols and competency standards
• Utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and timely documentation of patient care activities
• Float to stepdown and med-surg units as needed to support staffing requirements
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, high-quality critical care to patients

Required Qualifications

• Current Arkansas RN Licensure
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Minimum 2+ years of critical care experience
• Must pass a medication and math competency exam with a score of 90% or higher prior to assuming medication administration responsibilities (one retake permitted)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• CCRN certification preferred
• Experience in a high-acuity ICU environment with a driven, upbeat approach to patient care
