Fleet Assistant

LHH is partnering with a client in Greensboro searching for a Fleet Assistant to join their team! This role will be onsite M-F 8-5, and will be contract-to-hire paying $22-24/hr. Must have experience in the transportation industry or working with a fleet of vehicles to be eligible for this role!

Responsibilities:

• Enter new vehicles into system including upfit, color, homebase location, etc.
• Ensure new vehicles have accurate equipment and cameras
• Issue drivers with fuel cards
• Reassign vehicles to new drivers, update driver information, and schedule detailing/cleaning services
• Act as point of contact regarding breakdowns, roadside assistance, etc. and act as liaison between 3rd party vendors

Qualifications:

• Must have experience working with a fleet of vehicles or in the transportation industry to be eligible for this role
• Must have strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and prioritize daily tasks
• Experience using Samsara system a plus
