Warehouse Associate

$20.00 per hour

1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm

• Full-time, 40 hours per week schedule

• Maintaining the flow of stocked and delivered inventory throughout the warehouse
• Unloading materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks and inspecting for quality standards
• Stocking and transferring materials to appropriate locations (bins, racks, bundles) following sequence and labeling requirements
• Assembling customer orders, packaging, and preparing documentation for shipments (UPS, LTL, SH, Air)
• Moving products around the facility and assisting at the loading docks using forklifts and heavy equipment
• Accurately scanning and documenting pallet information and keeping inventory records up to date
• Ensuring warehouse cleanliness and compliance with OSHA and safety guidelines
• Communicating effectively with team members via email and in-person, and ensuring paperwork matches customer orders
• Performing additional duties and projects as assigned while adhering to all required safety policies

• Have a High School Diploma or GED (required)
• Bring at least 1 year of warehouse or material handling experience
• Are comfortable with basic computer skills and inventory systems
• Possess solid math and reading skills
• Can follow warehouse regulations, safety rules, and company policies
• Are able to work occasional weekends and stay until the job is completed as needed
• Have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Are authorized to work in the United States and can provide proper documentation
• Can read, write, and speak English proficiently for safety and operational communication
