Job Description

The Warehouse Associate plays a key role in picking, packing, and loading products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will work primarily in the staging area, ensuring orders are accurately prepared for shipment and maintaining an organized, efficient workspace. This role offers opportunities for growth within the warehouse for individuals who perform reliably and demonstrate strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

  • Pick and pack customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
  • Load and stage products for shipment according to warehouse procedures.
  • Maintain organization and cleanliness in the staging area and surrounding work areas.
  • Verify order accuracy and ensure all products are properly labeled before shipment.
  • Follow all safety procedures and adhere to warehouse guidelines at all times.
  • Work efficiently and consistently in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment.
  • Support shipping and receiving activities as needed to meet operational goals.
Essential Skills
  • Experience with picking and packing orders in a warehouse environment.
  • Ability to use an RF scanner to accurately pick and track inventory.
  • Knowledge of basic warehouse packing and packaging procedures.
  • Understanding of shipping and receiving processes and order picking workflows.
  • Capability to work quickly and accurately while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Ability to perform physically active work, including standing, walking, lifting, and moving products throughout the shift.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience using pallet jacks or similar warehouse equipment.
  • EPJ (Electric Pallet Jack) experience is a plus, though not required.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced, non-climate-controlled warehouse environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to keep work areas clean and orderly.
  • Reliability and willingness to follow established safety and operational guidelines.

Work Environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
