Job Title: Laser Operator/Machine Operator – | Full Benefits | Weekly Pay
Location: Chaska
Shift: 1st, and 2nd ($5 dollar shift differential)
Pay: ($24 - $35/hr)
Overview
We are hiring a machine operators to join our growing manufacturing team! In this role, you will set up and operate an laser/press brake while supporting production across the shop. If you have experience in fabrication, laser cutting, or machine operation and enjoy working with steel materials, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Set up and operate an Amada 9000 laser cutting machine
- Operate a CNC press brake
- Load and unload materials and finished parts
- Support production using forklifts and plasma machines
- Work with carbon steel and stainless steel materials
- Assist in building bulk storage tanks, industrial blenders, and mixers
- Read and follow blueprints to ensure accurate production
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient work area
What We’re Looking For
- Experience operating laser cutting equipment or similar machinery
- Previous machine operation experience in manufacturing or fabrication
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Forklift experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with carbon and stainless steel
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $70000.00/yr.
