Unit Turn Technician / General Maintenance TechnicianPay: $16.00$18.00/hr (Based on Experience & Skillset)Schedule: MondayFriday | Day ShiftOn-Call: Required after ~4 weeks of training (rotating schedule)We are seeking a reliable, hands-on Unit Turn Technician to join a growing property management team. What Youll DoPrepare vacant apartment units for new residents (turnover work)Complete general repairs and maintenance between occupancy cyclesReplace fixtures, blinds, hardware, light bulbs, and other componentsPerform touch-up painting and minor unit improvementsAssist with appliance installation, troubleshooting, and basic repairsInspect units to ensure they meet move-in quality standardsMaintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas and grounds as neededRespond to maintenance work orders in a timely and professional mannerUse hand tools and power tools safely and effectivelySupport the team through on-call maintenance rotation after training What Were Looking ForPrior experience in maintenance, handyman work, construction, or property maintenance preferredBasic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or general repairsAbility to safely operate hand tools and power toolsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and manage daily prioritiesValid drivers license and reliable transportation preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (standing, bending, climbing, kneeling) throughout the shift Why This Role?Steady weekday schedule with daytime hoursHands-on, varied workno two days are the sameOpportunity to develop maintenance skills across multiple tradesLong-term career potential with a growing property management teamOn-call rotation provides additional experience and earning potentialIf youre dependable, mechanically inclined, and ready to grow your skills in property maintenance, this is an excellent opportunity to get started or take the next step in your career.
