JOB DESCRIPTION
Night Auditor (Full-Time & Part-Time)

Shift: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join the team at La Tourelle Inn & Spa. As the overnight face of our property, you will take ownership of the front desk during the quiet hours. This role is perfect for a night owl who thrives in an independent work environment. You will play a crucial part in ensuring our daily financial records are accurately balanced while continuing to provide exceptional customer service to late arrivals and early departures.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests arriving late or departing early with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Perform the end-of-day audit, reconcile daily transactions, and accurately balance the day's accounts.
• Answer phone calls and respond to overnight inquiries or guest requests promptly.
• Maintain a peaceful and secure environment for guests throughout the night.
• Prepare daily reports and coordinate with the morning team to ensure a seamless shift transition.
• Oversee overnight safety protocols and resolve any issues that arise during the shift.

Qualifications & Experience

• Prior experience in a hotel, hospitality, or specific night audit role is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused during overnight hours.
• Strong attention to detail and basic mathematical or accounting skills.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and guest relations skills.
• Familiarity with hospitality management software is a strong advantage.
• Exceptional reliability and punctuality.
